Therapy Modalities

I offer three different therapy modalities. There are benefits to each based on your unique goals, interests, and needs.

In-office therapy involves meeting face to face in a private, comfortable setting. My office is located in Quincy, Massachusetts and is accessible via public transportation.

Outdoor therapy provides the physical and emotional effects of being in nature including helping to regulate your nervous system in response to anxiety, stress, trauma and/or loss. Outdoor sessions are available to those living in, or willing to travel to, Greater Boston.

Online therapy (also called telehealth) is offered through a secure video platform. This added convenience keeps traffic, long commutes, or illness from getting in the way of your therapy appointments.
