Wondering where to start?
Simply send an email to erin@erinpcollinstherapy.com to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
I will respond to you within 1-2 business days to schedule a call. We will talk about what is bringing you to therapy and I will answer questions to help determine if I am a good fit for you as a therapist.

Intake/Initial Evaluation (one 55 minute session) - intake sessions are offered in person or via telehealth ($300)
Follow-up therapy sessions:
Individual Therapy Session: $275
Couples or Family Session: $300
While I am not in network with any insurance plans, I will provide you with a receipt (also called a superbill) for out-of-network benefits on a monthly basis to facilitate reimbursement from your insurance carrier. If you plan on using out of network benefits, it is important to contact your insurance company in advance to learn more about the specifics of your plan and how to submit for reimbursement. HSA and FSA plans can also be used to pay for sessions.

Our work together will start with an intake. The intake is conducted over one 55 minute session. You’ll be invited to talk about what is bringing you to therapy and your therapy goals. I’ll ask a few questions to learn more about you and you will also be able to ask me questions.
As we begin working together in therapy, we will meet for weekly 50 minute sessions. The quality of our work together relies on your willingness to bring up important topics and challenge yourself to engage fully in the process.
Commitment to weekly therapy is part of actively working towards change. As you accomplish your goals, we will talk together about decreasing the frequency of sessions.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. I am not in-network with any health insurance plans and therefore I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means I do not have an agreement or contract with your insurance plan to provide services.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give people who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask me, and any other healthcare provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visitwww.cms.gov/nosurprises.
